Scholarships

The Phoenix Song Scholarship is available for qualifying students who are pursuing an education in Instrumental or Vocal Performance, Acting, Stage Craft, or Musical Theater.

Students applying for this scholarship must complete an essay of no more than 500 words addressing the appropriate prompt. All students must have a 3.5 high school GPA or 3.0 college GPA; be applying to or currently enrolled in a four year, post secondary institute or be pursuing graduate studies; and submit all requested documents including but not limited to: application, tax documents, reference letter, transcripts and essay.  All students must also provide documentation proving their acceptance to a performing arts program or proof of active involvement in performing arts in high school.

The Phoenix Flight Scholarship is available for qualifying students who are actively involved in an organization that supports LGBT causes. Students must plan to continue to participate in an organization while attending college.

Students applying for this scholarship must complete an essay of no more than 500 words addressing the appropriate prompt.  All students must have a 3.5 High School GPA or 3.0 college GPA;be applying to or currently enrolled in a four year, post secondary institute or be pursuing graduate studies; and submit all requested documents including but not limited to: application, tax documents, reference letter, transcripts and essay. All students must also submit documentation proving their active involvement with a recognized LGBT organization.

The Phoenix Flame Scholarship is available for qualifying students who have suffered the death of either one or both parents.  These students have faced unique challenges that should not define their lives.

Students applying must provide copies of their birth certificate and the deceased parent’s death certificate. They must also complete an essay of no more than 500 words addressing the appropriate prompt.  All students must have a 3.5 High School GPA or 3.o college GPA;be applying to or currently enrolled in a four year, post secondary institute or be pursuing graduate studies; and submit all requested documents including but not limited to: application, tax documents, transcripts, essay and certificate copies.
